THE VALUE OF OUR LAND

The idea to bring this project to life here in Salerno was born from my backgrounds in the field of catering, even outside of Campania.
 
Just having tested the other realities, other ways of conceiving the culture of food has taught me to appreciate my world, my earth, and not only at the level of food and wine.
 
After long years I realized finally that my place was this; all of it suggested to me that my perception of things, my way of asking myself and represent myself to the life he would found breath, only here, where they are.
